Somewhat just a vent…..I've noticed with my friends and family as well as this sub that every workplace seems toxic with abusive management and constant power struggles. Is it just work culture itself that causes this? I'm sure there are probably exceptions but I feel like I've yet to experience a truly “healthy” workplace and it seems I'm far from the only one….. No matter the industry it seems like people are universally suffering and being drained at their jobs. I'm desperately trying to change jobs but I'm worried that it'll end up being for nothing because every work place is awful.
