I get three days off a week which I loved. These precious three days just got stolen by my boss. My boss said they gave me some extra hours on one day, the next day I'm on call so not really a day off to be real, and the next day I have to train for 6 hours at another facility.
I want to be honest and say something like:
“I didn't ask for extra hours. I was fine with where I was at. Also I need an actual day off next week. Not one where I am expected to be on call. I just do to recharge. Some people will take on more and more hours and be okay. I however know my own limit. I know that I cannot do more than 40 hours a week or else I will burn out from the stress. Thank you”
But I don't know, I might just suck it up instead and eventually burn out and have to quit which is what they want apparently.
