Work mentors and goals

I’m am an exceptional employee in my role; I meet and/or exceed department goals and manage a small team where we are highly functional. Part of the reasoning is I am very happy at what I do and do not want to shift positions or be promoted. My manager asked me to identify a mentor and set goals for “the next step”. How do I convey I am not interested in mentorship or getting promoted without sounding negative. I enjoy doing my 8s and going home. I am not interested in climbing up the ladder.
