Hi, posting on mobile. I will try to explain this as simple as possible, I'm wondering what I can do about this. I got COVID and got a test for paid sick leave. Before I submitted my leave, I confirmed that the pay starts on the day of your test result. I submit my leave, come back to work and my paid days off were plotted on the day of the test instead, not the day of the results which resulted in two days being unpaid. I confirmed on the article provided on how it works, and it does state pay starts on your day of the results. I tried multiple times to resolve this with proof of everything, but they are refusing to adjust my schedule. I even spoke with one of the main managers with all the proof needed, but he is refusing to adjust my schedule. Pay is just around the corner and I need things to pay. What are my other options? Is this legal?
