If this belongs somewhere else, please point me in the right direction
I'm going to try and keep this as vague as possible incase there are some co-workers lurking. I work for a hospital in the er, but not as a nurse or doctor. We recently had our reviews where they dished out raises and many employees found out they aren't even being paid a fair wage compared to others, myself included. Some people with the same experience or have not even been here for a year are getting 18 while the rest of us are at 15 base pay doing the exact same thing . Even the raises are all over the place. Because of this, five people have already quit or have put in their two weeks. Now our manager has sent out emails stating we cannot discuss wages with other employees.
I have no idea where to start to push back. I'm being told to demand a higher pay or raise, that what they sent out is illegal, that I can sue, but I am at a loss. I am in Oklahoma and any advice would be very much appreciated
