I've seen someone I love struggling eveyday with retail management bulling and work triggered post traumatic stress after a medical neglect situation last year I myself witnessed and delt with because the manger on duty claimed he knows nothing but HR claims they have medical training. I just want to rip this company up in the public square but I'm not trying to make it worse at the moment. I want to help them get out. Because healthcare is tied to employment its so terrifying. Retail managers and supervisors HR people I just wish you all could set aside some of the patriachal macho bullshit and be nice to people be compationate you don't what they are dealing with inside. If you hold back the critizism focus on the good stuff and stop tripping your least favorite coworks up out of spite it could really make it easier for that person to have a normal day and leave the house without being sick with fear.
