Work wants me to “re-train” coworker who makes more than me.

I (26F) have been with my company 5.5 years. We had a couple of new hires about 2 years ago and we’ve been WFH for almost a year now. This co-worker has been constantly fucking up since day one. Doesn’t matter how many time she gets “talked to”, she’s constantly making the same mistakes over and over again. We work in patient care for a hospital so it’s kind of important to not fuck up. Recently I was asked if I would want to “re-train” her as they feel she didn’t get the proper training. I said I would think about it. She makes more than me and it really bothers me that I would be training someone who is just incompetent all while I take on more responsibilities and get paid shit. What should I do?
