I work in a customer service call centre position and I’ve asked 3 times for my email to be changed because it has my full name on.
When I raise complaints etc it sends the customers my full name and it makes me feel uncomfortable.
I feel It’s not necessary for the customers to know my name because I work in a low level position, and if you go into a shop etc the staff don’t have their full name on display.
Not sure how many times I should ask before I demand? Or am I being over the top?
