Worked too many hours for too long, now what?

So i have worked since I was 15. After highschool I spent 10 years working jobs that were labor intensive 12+ hours a day with long commutes on top of it due to my location. So I spent most of my off time relaxing or getting time with my significant other/family. About a year ago, I found myself in a position where I'm basically an instructor for what I used to do.

Working SIGNIFICANTLY less hours. Recently, I realized since that happened I have changed very little about my off time. I basically come home and maybe clean up a little and otherwise I'm doing something that involves a screen for way too many hours. It's my default due to having very little free time for most of my life.

Upon reflection of my situation I have found that I have no idea what I'm interested in doing with my newly found time off the clock. I never learned what I was into because I spent too much time “grinding and building” for someone else I never even thought to gain an interest in hobbies because I never had the energy or time.

I know it's a “nice” problem to have but I have too much time to fill now, and I have no idea how to do so.

TL:DR I worked more than half the hours in my 20s, now I work a lot less and have no idea how to find a hobby.
