I work for my fathers construction company and unfortunately I’ve seen wages stagnate. I talk to him all the time about raising wages to up moral but he isn’t listening at all. Some guys here earn 16/hour doing iron work.. seems very unethical. Is this technically illegal? I want to help my guys out but he won’t listen to me.. is there anything I can do?
