So I started a new job working as a line operator at a plastic waste centre about month back I got 3 days training and then left on my one I don’t see anyone all day and when it comes to brake they don’t speak English so don’t talk then but anyway back to my point I can’t seem to do the job properly I cant even keep up let alone run the whole thing and I’m getting the blame saying I’m not watching my line I’m pretty shore I shouldn’t be working on my own but when I bring anything up to my boss and supervisor they will talk in a different language in front of me an then they blame me sayin I need to watch the line what am I watching out for I will never know
