Working at a decent place, good pay but I don’t want to work in this field anymore.

Hey all, so I'll keep my mumbo jumbo short lol. The place I work at now pays me more than any job in the past, which is like 23 an hour and the benefits are good, however I really dont like this field and was thinking if its a me thing or if I should follow what I really want to do.
