I have to work both days of each holiday for 5am shifts. I already missed opening Christmas presents with my family, and now I have to miss New Years, even though I have a friend flying in to my state from across the country to celebrate New Years with me, and now I have to miss it. My coworker, the only other person available to cover me is not working either holiday. At all, I'm so upset.
