After the meeting I hear them talking in the hall about how as long as I get my paycheck, I don't care about the company. I am pretty on top of my stuff, I make the company money, I take calls after work when I need to. And you know what, now I don't. I don't need the crappy attitude and talking behind my back. They don't want a person, they want a computer program. I hate small family companies.
