First let me say I am pro-union and have no problem taking absurds amount of money being charged to a Healthcare company while its workers negotiate for a better life.
I work in pharmacy departments in CA and will be starting a new [side] job soon with a 3rd party company filling positions while workers strike. Obviously the hospital can't pay my wages forever. [Not mentioning patients because I shouldn't have to] I see this escalating long term over various health care systems over the next 5 months.
My questions are 1) how can I make things worse for the company while not hurting myself, or The strikers leverage (like picking up massive OT???). 2) try to make the strikes last slightly longer [obvious reasons for myself, DAYS not months] and 3) just general advice from any healthcare workers who have gone through this.
