Working in a technical support role. I’ve worked here for 6 months and showed great potential to this company
I’ve gotten 90% customer satisfaction (company requirement is 80 minimum)
Call evaluations have been 85+ and higher
Have gotten a great deal of compliments from customers who requested my supervisor to put in some nice words
And yet the other day my supervisors reached out to me to cause “taking too long writing a ticket” and essentially got rid of all the extra time to write it. They’ve told me 6 months in, when I had multiple call evaluations and one on ones and no one batted an eye. Now that I’ve showed potential they wanna take advantage and make me do more .
I also found out from another coworker that I’m paid the least amount of compared to everyone else. Everyone gets $17-18.50 and I got $16. It ain’t much of a difference but every dollar counts.
Just really frustrated and don’t know how to take out this anger. Cause a big part of me just wants to say fuck you
