So I work in customer service and deal with people over the phone. Recently had to deal with a crazy woman over the phone and I couldn’t help but mutter under my breath Jesus Christ. She heard and ask me what kind of service am I providing blah blah blah. I told her I needed to pray to Jesus to give me the patience to repeat myself multiple times. My boss heard and basically said that this wasn’t professional. I don’t know but is it unprofessional? I was reasonable the whole time up until that point, and I had repeated myself til I was blue in the face. I can provide good customer service but when I’m being talked at and slightly abused, I’m not sure I agree.
