Working spouse surcharge

I applied for a new job recently, 2 interviews went well, got a call back with an offer and said I’d need a few days to think about it. No problem, they email me the information about the offer and information on their medical and benefits. They have a “working spouse surcharge” – an extra $150 a month if my spouse can get insurance through their job but chooses to be a dependent on my plan. The insurance would be $550 a month (for a family of 4) and then I’d have to add on another $150 to that. Fucking greedy assholes. I hate the job I have now but fuck this place. I’m going to turn down the job but I’m gonna waste their time a little more by taking more time to consider their offer.
