So i have a co worker, whose attendance is terrible, she finally got talked to and said that if she misses anymore days she will lose her job. It needed to be said. Today, she’s at work and says she has covid and she let management know but they told her to come in anyways.
We work in dental. So very close contact with patients. We also all touch the same things, etc.
i understand her attendance issue but why is management putting the entire staff at risk for getting covid because she’s worn out her “sick days”
