Worried about legal repercussions for talking about my wages with other co-workers. It is causing me much work-related anxiety and it should be a happy moment

Recently, my company decided to implement a unit wide increase in pay after it was found that we were being severely underpaid compared to other services of the same type. This has been a major focus amongst all of us and has many people on edge and angry at how long it took to finally go through. It finally did happen, however, and every employee has been receiving notes on how much their compensation increase amounted to. Talk amongst myself and my co-workers (about 150) reveals that everyone is receiving wildly different increases with no real rhyme or reason as to why. Even when you factor in longevity, none of the new wages make sense. Now everyone is even more on edge and feeling undervalued, some more than others.

I have made it no secret that I got a fairly large increase compared to others of similar seniority which is confusing and it seems like my co-workers are being swindled out of hard earned pay. I worry though that talking about it with them will get back to management and I could face some kind of retribution or even get fired. I got a raise and feel more anxiety about it than anything at this point. Can I be fired? Can my wages be docked? I live in Ohio and work in healthcare for a major hospital network. I do not belong to a union. Any and all answers appreciated.
