I have a boss who does not know how to do her job. I pretty much have done her job the last 4 months I have worked here. She gets angry with me if I can't finish a project even though my trainer doesn't know how to help me finish it. I told her and she didn't follow up with it until I was off work. For other tasks, I offer options to make things better and she says it is a time waster, thus making me not be able to complete my job correctly. So fucking over this job…
