Drives me insane. For now I just answer politely and minimally.
I moved a few wall pegs over 4 whole spaces (gasp) to make more room for product that needed to be hung, and was immediately questioned what are you doing???!. Uh..Common sense shit???
Product needed up-> the bags I’m replacing are smaller than the ones previously up-> making room to fit as many as possible without overcrowding. DUH.
And what really gets me is that I was previously instructed by this very same manager to rearrange entire shelves if need be in order to make product fit. Yet when I went to move some pegs just a tiny bit, they jumped at the opportunity to question and judge my actions.
Aside from this sort of stuff, they’re just needlessly rude. They’ll ask me a question and when I answer they just stare at me, weird af. Or they’ll straight up ignore what I say and act like I don’t even exist. They search out any thing I’ve done or not done that they possibly can, in order to berate me or complain at me. They don’t treat any other workers this way as far as I can tell but I’m so sick of this shit that I’m looking for a new job. The other managers are all great tbh, it’s just this one that’s awful, the days we’re scheduled together make me want to scream.
