Would I be able to pursue legal action in this situation?

So I recently just got “let go” from my job because of failed drug test results. However, the very first person to tell me about my said results was a coworker of mine. He said my manager asked him about the results because he was trying to figure out what something was. I’m not too familiar with drug test laws in Texas but I’m pretty sure that information is confidential. Also to add on, my manager had another one of my coworkers present while going over my results with me. How should I go about this situation? Should I contact a local employment attorney in my area or is it not worth it?
