Would it be a asshole move for me to call out of work?

I know this is not as extreme as some of the post here, but I thought I’d get some opinions. I work part time at a small theme park, and we’ve been ridiculously busy this month because of spring break, I haven’t been sleeping well due to personal shit, my neck and back hurt like hell, and my entire face is killing me because my wisdoms teeth are coming in. I like this job, and I don’t want to do anything to risk losing it, but I also just really need a day off. I’ve been working there for six months and I’ve never called out before, but idk if I actually want to risk it. Maybe I should just suck it up, I know some other employees there who go three weeks without a day off.
