Would you take a job that has light work but no official breaks?

This is how my job is formatted and I love it, but I'm curious what other people think. I work an eight hour shift but don't have any scheduled extended breaks during the day. But due to the nature of the work I do, I have breaks in between tasks where I can get up and stretch, eat, scroll through social media, etc. But these breaks aren't scheduled and their length and the number of breaks varies everyday. I like this format because I feel more productive and get more spread out times to relax, but I can also understand if someone thinks it's exploitative to be on call for eight straight hours. What do you guys think?
