I believe that another goal of reforming work on our modern day is removing the stigma that it is a bad thing to sue your employer if you were wrongfully terminated. The same boomers and crooks that established the shitty system that we are working so hard to reform have perpetuates the concept that it “looks bad” and makes you a “risk to the company” if they hire someone who has sued a previous employer. It's your civil right to pursue any legal action and you shouldn't have to languish in your career if you choose to do so!
