I just needed somewhere to vent. I recently got a new job that I’m absolutely in love with and enjoy going to. The people are great, the atmosphere is great, the HR policies, not so much.
1-5 yrs of service: 1 week of vacation
5-10 yrs: 2 weeks of vacation
10-15 yrs: 3 weeks of vacation
15+ yrs: 4 weeks
Sick Days: Earned per hours worked
Don’t take any sick days? You get a BONUS!
So I have to be at this job for 5 YEARS before I can take 10 days of vacation? I have to show up sick to get a performance bonus? This is absurd.
Anyone else experience this?
