Yet again I start out loving a job and giving my all just to be screwed over.

Working in the education field really broke me. Went from wanting to be a teacher to settling for childcare to hating everything. Why? Cause management. Every time I think it’ll be different. I’ll get fair pay. Management will be held responsible. I’ll be able to handle the inevitable hate that comes with putting the kids before the ass kissing. I’m leaving this industry soon. Can’t wait.
