Yet another shitty manager

About half a year ago I quit my job at a charity because of a culture of poor management and bullying. Fast forward 6-7 months into my new job with a different charity and the manager here is also a pos. She is fixated on me meeting targets (referrals for support) which I actually have very little control over. My colleague is also technically not meeting targets but has not received any criticism. The difference is, my colleague is not in her probationary period whereas I am. My manager has even extended my probationary period for another two months. There has been no praise for any of the good work I have done supporting our beneficiaries, just criticism. I think I’m an easy target? I’ll be informing my union rep about this, but why tf are so many managers so godawful and terrible people? I wish I was rich and…
