I am starting a new job in a couple of weeks and let me say that my first impression is not favorable and I have only dealt with HR. It is a large hospital corporation but you would think that they would want me to be excited about my choice to work for them but no they don’t appear to care. If you work in HR remember you are most likely the first impression an employee has of the company.
