You Can’t Not Train Your Employees and then Expect them to Learn from the Non-existent Training

I got fired today after four weeks of watching other people work without ever being given a task to do. The reason they gave me was for not “engaging with the training”. What training? They said they were unsure of my abilities. My abilities weren't tested a single time for a month. P.S. they're struggling to find people.
