Long story short I work in a casual position basically means I make my own schedule as long as I commit 16 hours min per pay which is every 2 weeks. So heres the funny part after getting bombarded to send my schedule in 2 weeks in advance which was never told b4 and been her for 6 years which I always did every week. So sent my schedule since april 14th 2 weeks in advance for only 16 hours because I have a bunch of other stuff going on and guess what I have not been put on the schedule since then. And they require 16 hours of commitment which to me means I have to work 16 hours every 2 weeks (pay period).
