You have time to lean, you have time to clean! lol

I work at a GameStop with a clearly newly hired manager. He's trying to prove himself and make it so it seems like he “earned” that extra dollar so he's got that old adage of “you have time to lean, you have time to clean”. But we work at a GameStop which is a tiny outlet in a larger mall area. There literally is nothing to clean. And I'm working there at a dollar above minimum wage part time as a second job. I've literally told him to his face “you pay me minimum wage, I give minimum effort” and he had nothing else to say. At this point, this is a hobby. My two weeks will be coming as soon as my first few paychecks at my new job kicks in.
