Yep… long story short. I’ve been having retaliation issues with my employer over them being in violation of the Equal Pay Act and a workers comp claim but this was fucking wild.
Mid July I went on leave to seek medical treatment for my mental health due to the treatment and retaliation I’ve received from my employer. First day back was last Thursday. Today I get pulled into a meeting with HR. Nothing about how I’m doing but I get two options. Shut up about how I’ve been paid less than opposite sex employees with less experience or how others have been given raises, hiring new people on at a higher salary, asking why my salary is what it is, asking how I move up in my salary range or go on a 90 day transition plan to train my replacement and once the 90 days is up my employment would be terminated.
