Every other team has a travel budget for in person meetings, except yours. I want to do some in person planning for 2023 while also attending an on-site summit with several other departments (that we were invited to), but our Director is like, “oh I didn’t put anything in the budget for your THREE PERSON team, oops.” Her other teams have in person meetings.
