A while ago when I was job searching I found this metal work shop that required you to know laser cutting, welding, sandblasting, and a bunch of other things. Im just gonna but the bullet points in this interview I had.
•The owner told me that I was going to work 80 hours a week, at least
•Asked to match my current job and he literally laughed in my face and said “you will start at minimum”
•No breaks/lunches
•One bathroom break per shift
•No phones in the building at all, if you have it I'll fire you.
•They didn't have a room set up for an interview so I had it in the lobby
•Complained about politics during the entire interview
•Called me about 4 months later to offer me the job
•Said some “this generation is so lazy” BS when I declined
Something I forgot to add:
Only 1 person new I was even there for an interview And the front door was locked so I had to bang to get in
