Why am I expected to treat my Boss/owner of company like he is a God? Or why are we as a whole expected to treat these other people who just have a title with higher status like they are God's?
I am being reprimanded for talking to my boss like he is my coworker, not like he is my boss. How does this make any sense? I was told not to bring my problems to him because my biggest problem is the least of his worries as he has so much going on “as the owner.” Someone please help me calm down and understand
