If you work in the retail/food industry (for eg: cashier for a supermarket or waiter in a restaurant) and a customer makes an issue, and calls the manager, your manager should look into both aspects of the issue and not just blindly cause more trouble for you. An example of this: My friend (22M) works as a cashier at a local supermarket. That day, they had a sudden rush of customers. And there was a long line of customers waiting to check out. Some woman cuts in at just the beginning of the line claiming she has some urgency and needs to check out faster. THE ENTITLEMENT!! The customer behind her looks at my friend, and my friend gives an understanding look. When the lady's turn comes to check out, he totally ignored her and asked her to go to the back of the line. She raised hell because of that. Called the manager, hurled verbal abuse and the usual BS. So the manager is called and asks what the matter is. The manager then politely asked the lady to either go to the back of the line or get out of the place. The lady refused, and then walked off from the store shouting curses. My friend was so fucking relieved that this didn't go the way he hoped it would. That's right guys, your seniors at work are supposed to be having your back, if not then move on, because YOU deserve better!!!
