These things feel like an utter waste of time to me. Time which I can use to do the job Im hired for is wasted by these people talking about superficial bullcrap like 'company norms and values ' which arent followed on the workfloor. Endless information and presentations thrown at me. I zone out within a minute and Im just in the room physically. I hate these things, your thoughts?
