Im a manager and I make $15 an hour. I asked for a raise, they said no. I manage 10 people and we all make the same amount. Even the people who just started make as much as i do after 2 years. The only reason I don’t leave is because I really love what we do and how much we help people, but i hate how the owner walks away with all the money and only comes into the office once a week (if ever) and I’m here Mon-Fri
