yet im expected to explain my entire schedule 2 weeks in advance. None of the staff knows wtf is going on yet the heap shit on me anyway and when i ask questions i get the usual “idk man…”. and when im looking forward to my first 2 days off, i get the surprise overtime speech once again, youve known everything that led up to you springing this on me for weeks now yet you tell me last fucking minute when in about to leave, sorry not gonna happen again. just straight up said im not coming in. im constantly one instance away from quitting but even if i did that id be there another 2 weeks just so the reference call at any future jobs would go smoothly. i guess the whole 40 hrs a week thing was a larp huh?
