Zero sum situation.

I work at a privately owned gas station and have been dealing with one of the most annoying bosses I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. For context I have adhd, discalculia and am borderline legally blind. The boss I'm having issues with has been grieving me over not being able to memorize the prices of every item in our store and there are over two thousand items that are not marked nor are they in the system meaning they don't scan. Because its managements responsibility keep our inventory listed in the system and updated with current pricing there is nothing I can do and often have to guess at prices. This had lead the above mentioned manager to go out of her way to reprimand me for not knowing the unknowable. Which make absolutely zero sense but I digress. Instead of owning the fault as it's her job to keep the inventory system updated which she is not doing she has decided to blame shift to me.

It does not matter how well I perform my job it's never good enough and she had made it clear that neither she nor the other two managers have to make reasonable accomodations as per the ADA of 1992.
Essentially she believes that they are above the law and as such are untouchable.

This has been an ongoing issue since Jan of this year and has forced me to seek employment elsewhere.

I will be leaving as soon as I can find comparable work/wages as I can no longer continue to subject myself to such blatant abuse.

Once I'm out I have enough dirt to shut the place down and see all three managers behind bars.
