I just started a new bullshit J.O.B. on Monday. I learned today that I will be tested next week on 300+ items and codes that have no logic or system attached and expected to pass with 80% or more. Almost all these items have scannable upc stickers but the company doesn't bother to program them into the system in this the year 2022. They haven't even bothered to create any tools to help us learn.
They give you ONE WEEK!! I told her that I had learned 4 items and she said I should study more at home.
I hate to be an ass but I will not be studying at home. I work 8 hrs a day and when I get home I'm relaxing with my family and learning things that will help my life.
My last job was remote, making $8 more an hour and I didn't have to memorize shit! I hate that companies do this crap. I guess I'm gonna need to find different employment.
