Companies no longer share the burden of hiring and it's frustrating. Potential employees must jump through numerous rings of fire and then wade through the depths of hell just to get a slim chance of an interview
Burden of pay on employee. Put your damn budget in the ad so PE don't have to do a guessing game of what the budget it. If you give the wrong number you don't hear back. What happened to negotiation?.
Assessments, tests, background checks etc
Will the words on your resume get past the HR software
Phone call, zoom call, in person meetings
Interviewed by someone that has no clue what the job is
Stupid asinine questions that have nothing to do with anything
To old, to young, to fat, to skinny, tattoos, hair to long, hair to short, wrong color, wrong sex.
People want to work, they just cant get past the bullshit and burden placed on them to get a job.
