I am only 3 months in a new job and realized I am grossly underpaid. Not only that, we have to restructure a 12yo company and help rebuild it from scratch which is extremely hard. That coupled with rising cost and inflation, my take home pay is not enough to cover my bills and expenses. I want to ask for 100% increment. What should I say to the employer?
