My gf recently started working at a very popular northeast U.S based coffee shop chain. They have started scheduling her for 10+ hours most days and don't allow any form of breaks while clocked in, and I can tell it's taking a toll on her well being. She tried telling her manager they're required to get breaks and he brushed it off saying that's not a real thing. Is there anything I or she can do? FYI we live in Texas if that matters.
