As a bit of background I operate heavy equipment for work. Today I started a shift at 6am and worked till 8:30. For only two hours of overtime. My shit company can get away with this because they pay my travel as regular time. I also only get paid $27 a hour to operate machines worth sometimes millions. To all the companies who are desperate for workers. Take care or said workers . Know your worth folks don’t be like me working 15 hour shifts for 2 hours OT.
