I used to work at a spa and this manager made up a bunch of lies about me and got me fired a couple months ago. One of my coworkers also got fired even though he was one of the best employees. I reported her to OSHA for vaping in the building and they said they would send a letter but nothing came of it. I don't understand how she still has her job. And she's so rude to the customers. Several of them have written bad reviews about her but she still hasn't been fired, and yet I got fired over complete lies even though I never had a bad review, showed up early and left on time every day, and always did my best. I just don't understand why the owner is clinging onto this awful manager but fired some of the best employees. And no one likes this manager. Everyone knows that she sucks as a person and as an employee but it's like she has immunity. My coworker who got fired told me that she once got caught smoking weed in the office but she got promoted soon after. Makes absolutely no sense.
