I responded to a post on a national job website and emailed my resume and was asked to come in this morning to discuss the details of the position, which I did. Upon my arrival I was handed a 20 page job application. I DIDNT OPEN IT I just waited till one of the office people to come ask if I was done I said I was and handed back the uncompleted form, she asked whyI had not completed it I had explained I was not even remotely close to deciding if I wanted the position until I talk to the person I was corresponding with. . I was told I had to fill ot the application first . I told her under no circumstances would I fill that out . She said I guess you dont want to work and I told her not for your 1990 assed company , I haven't had to fill out a paper application in 30 years and I won't ever do it again.
