Just had my performance review, I was put in the top 10% of people at the company in terms of performance and behaviour, was all going well, was expecting 10% as a bare minimum as I’ve worked my ass off all year for this corporate machine. Nope. 2.6%, I am absolutely insulted. And I don’t earn high for the job(s) I do either. It works out less than £1k for the year, quite a lot less. Had to get this out somewhere.
